Delivery within New Zealand

Delivery within New Zealand costs $6.50 NSZD. Orders confirmed and paid for before 2pm on Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders confirmed and paid after 2pm will normally be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery and an extra 1 to 3 working days for delivery to rural addresses.

Although we will endeavour to meet all dispatch & delivery time frames we cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from a late delivery or incomplete delivery address given. Please include your postal code. You should receive an email message advising that your goods have been shipped. Delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas and long weekends – please be patient.

If a customer is not present for a delivery, the relevant carrier may leave the goods at the delivery address at the owner’s risk unless we have been requested not to. If a customer refuses to accept delivery of their goods they may be charged for additional expenses incurred including (but not limited to) transport charges and storage.

Delivery to Australia

Delivery to any part of Australia costs $10 NZD. Parcels are dispatched same day provided orders and payment are received before 2pm. Deliveries can take up to 7 working days to the major centers.
